Prime Brokerage

FPG Prime Brokerage is a gateway for hedge funds to access the firm’s global platform. By creating connectivity to Banking, Research, Sales and Trading, and Corporate Access for our clients, we seek to help funds successfully build their business and create alpha over business cycles. Prime Brokerage provides a full-service offering including financing, business consulting and capital introduction services, a best-in-class technology platform, and an outsourced trading solution for both start-up and existing managers. Our platform is fully self-clearing and provides global access to over 40 markets. In addition, Global Prime Services has achieved the SSAE Type II reporting standard.

The FPG Prime Brokerage team has personnel based in New York, Dallas and London. The team provides clients with access to resources offered by FPG Global Equities Platform and services a range of Hedge Funds, Family Offices and Long Only Asset Managers across their investment, research, trading, and portfolio financing needs. Clients have access to Reg T and Portfolio Margin Financing solutions in more than 40 markets globally, as well as multi-custodial optionality.

Securities Finance

FPG Global Securities Finance team consists of over 25 professionals providing significant experience in all regions, with offices in New York, London and Dallas. Our offering comprises three key components. 1) A Global Swap Product offers a full suite of solutions including single stock equity, custom baskets and structured funding with unrivalled expertise in Special Situations across all regions. 2) As a market leader in Securities Lending, FPG has access to $12 trillion in inventory across equities, depositary receipts and convertible bonds, including unique pools of assets not widely accessed by others. 3) A Fully Paid Lending program allowing our clients to generate additional alpha across their long portfolios. Our selective approach to adding new client partners allows us to focus on both filling orders completely and providing stable inventory and pricing.
